It’s another Friday

And today, I’m writing this from a very full place.

The past few days have been a lot. Yesterday, particularly, I stood on a TEDx stage.

And I’m still processing it.

It was one of those moments that was equal part exhilarating, and equal part terrifying.

I met so many people, had some great albeit unexpected conversations, and even added new followers on Instagram.

Feedback from my talk were mentions of how inspiring it was, captivating and even thought-provoking.

It was surreal and honestly, I was very humbled by it.

Every single time someone said something like that, it only made me feel grateful. Grateful to be able to look back on my work so far and know that telling stories has given me room to share more with a wider audience.

Want to know the truth?

The morning of the talk, I had a very clear thought: “I’m never doing this again.”

This wasn’t because I didn’t care about the opportunity. It was a bad case of stage-frightitis 😅

I mean what do you mean I have to stand in front of a crowd of experts and avid thinkers to contribute on the innovation ecosystem. Then there was my miscreant gremlin voice quietly whispering, “Are you sure you belong here?” Hello imposter syndrome.

Regardless, I showed up.

I stood on that stage and poured out my multi-rehearsed 2000-word speech with as much passion as was true to me.

So even though I started the day with “never again” I think I will do it again.

Just… maybe after a little rest 😄

And then on Monday…I face something else: 06.06.26.

You already know what that means 👀

If you enjoy stories about growth, courage, and showing up anyway, you might enjoy my characters.

You know what to do 😉

Meanwhile, have you ever done something that scared you and immediately after, thought, “Why did I do that?”

…but also knew you’d probably do it again? 😌

Tell me all about it.

I’ll be by again next week.

Until then, read more, drink water and love intentionally.

With love,
